Care Visit Verification and Patient Service Notes are functionalities available within the Careficient Agency Management system.

Agencies' caregivers have the capability to input and upload Service Notes for patients listed on their schedule. Additionally, users can access Patient Facts reports, submit and edit miscellaneous forms, and utilize the EVV Start and Stop functions for Visit Verification to record their service location.

It's important to note that this EVV logging feature aligns with Federal and State requirements for Medicare and Medicaid services. The tracking process is initiated only with user consent through the selection of an ICON to activate and deactivate it. Please keep in mind that continuous use of GPS may significantly impact battery life. Users have full control over access to this EVV functionality.
